Looking after it
Linen
Linen gets softer with every wash. Follow the label, dry it loosely, and expect a little creasing. That is the fabric.
Soy wax
Trim the wick short before each light. Let the wax melt evenly across the top on the first burn.
Wood
Wood marks easily and ages well. Wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth and keep it from standing water.
Wool and alpaca
Both shed a little at first. Shake them out, air them, and spot clean. Check the label before any machine wash.

Each item leaves its maker's own workshop or warehouse, so a mixed order may arrive in several parcels.

Send back unused items within 30 days of ordering. Email us first and we reply with the maker's return address.
