Each maker sends from its own workshop or warehouse, so an order from two makers arrives as two parcels, sometimes on different days.

VAT is included in every price, and EU orders have no customs charges. Deliveries to the UK may be charged import tax or duty on arrival.

Thirty days from your order date, as long as the item is unused. Email info@noecraft.com with your order number first and we reply with the return address, since each maker takes returns at its own address.

Email us a photo within 30 days of your order and we send a replacement or refund you.

Yes, while the maker still has it in stock. Email us and we arrange it.

Email us as soon as you can. Once the maker has sent it we cannot change it, but you can still return it.

No. Some pieces are handmade, others come from small workshops or established makers. A product page says “Handmade” only when the maker confirms it.

It is the country the parcel leaves from. It is not always where the item was made. La Rochère glass, for example, is French and ships from Poland.

Follow the care label on your piece. Linen gets softer with each wash and a little creasing is normal.

Trim the wick short before each light, and let the wax melt evenly across the top on the first burn.
