Payment Policy

This page explains how payments work on noecraft.com, the handmade home-goods shop run by OMNTRADE LTD. Placing an order means you accept the terms below.

Ways to pay

You can pay in one of two ways:

  • Card (Visa or Mastercard). Processed securely by our payment provider, with your order confirmed as soon as the payment is authorised.
  • Direct bank transfer. Use the bank details we show on the order confirmation page and in your order email to send the payment. We hold your order until the money reaches us and clears, then begin processing it.

Both methods are free of charge. Bank transfer carries no fee and no discount, so your total is the same whichever you pick. We do not accept PayPal, American Express, cash, cheque or cryptocurrency. If this ever changes, we will update this page.

Optional Package Protection

At checkout you can add Package Protection for 10 EUR. It is off by default and is added only if you choose it. When added, it covers your order against loss, theft or damage in transit, handled as a replacement or a refund. It is optional and does not affect your statutory rights.

The currency you pay in

Your order is invoiced in the currency shown at checkout and charged in that currency. If your card or account is held in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own conversion fee, which is outside our control.

How paying works

  • Choose card or bank transfer at checkout.
  • For card, enter your details in the secure form, where your bank may ask you to confirm through 3D Secure.
  • For bank transfer, send your payment using the details shown; there is no fee to add, and your order is processed once the funds clear.
  • Once your payment is authorised or received, you get an order confirmation email with your order and delivery details.

Pieces are made and dispatched by their makers, so your order moves into fulfilment once payment is confirmed.

Prices, shipping and taxes

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery is a flat 8 EUR per order to the 27 EU countries and the United Kingdom, which are the only places we ship to, and the cost is shown before you confirm. Orders within the EU carry no customs charges. For the United Kingdom, import VAT or duty may be charged on arrival and is the customer’s responsibility. If a price is shown in error, we contact you before dispatch so you can approve the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Keeping payments secure

  • SSL/TLS encryption is applied across the site, so your data is never sent unencrypted.
  • Card payments are handled by our PCI DSS compliant provider with 3D Secure. Card details are entered into the provider’s secure form and are never stored on our servers.
  • Orders are monitored for fraud and suspicious activity.

If a payment does not go through

If a card payment is declined, you are told at checkout and the order is not placed. A bank-transfer order is held until the payment arrives. Check your details or try the other method, and if the problem continues, email info@noecraft.com.

Fraud checks

To protect customers, orders may go through automated and manual fraud checks. We may ask for extra verification, or delay or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorised, returning any funds to the original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds follow our returns process. You can return an unused item within 30 days of the order date: email info@noecraft.com with your order number first and we will send the maker’s return address. If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Any refund goes back to the card or account you paid from. Order confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is authorised or received.
  • You get an order confirmation email, including your delivery details.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
